On this failed Zinc update- sitting at the sync screen forever with no progress. It's always something that gets broken. Last update was the keyboard, or trying to search for people, now it's entirely broken.

I have to delete and reinstall this app at least once a week because it stops sending me notifications. Unreliable.

Why did u sign me out of my app then tell me that my free trial is over????? I’ve had this app on my phone for a long time and I need it for work!!! This is how I communicate with my nurses and coworkers for my patients!!!!!

This app is a hit and miss. Always crashing and it lately it’s been logging me out every single day.

We are using it in our workplace and it’s great. It would be nice to have the app for Mac desktop.

I miss so many Sunday meetings as my company is around the clock. Please update the Do Not Disturb option to add the ability to set your own time for when Do Not Disturb ends. (Instead of just Monday at 8)

I plan on developing VR MMOs someday, I use my iPads when im out an about since I don’t want to lug around my 50pound desktop (actually I do, but people would probably question my sanity). I have hopes this will be very useful to me when I find or build a team to work with.

A constantly changing brand isn't enough to erase the stink of CoTap/Zinc from my phone

Use Zinc everyday to commute and share files. Love how easy is to get things done and reach all my teammates. Video calls are sharp and instant. Group messages keep things going.

All of my work communications happen in Zinc. It’s a great app that constantly gets better and better. No matter who I need to talk to, they are just a click away. I don’t need anyone’s phone number and whenever we work with contractors they can be instantly added to our conversations using their email address. Couldn't imagine working without it!

Must have app for modern businesses. Easy to use messaging interface to interact with everyone at work securely. Clean and simple interface.

Running a small business with several locations and employees scattered in different locations is a challenge. CoTap helps to bring us together and boosts communication. We previously used personal texting among employees. One problem with this is the awkwardness of asking employees to use this form of communication for business. Not everyone likes giving their personal info to fellow workers, no should they. Another problem is mis-texting. Enough said. Cotap is designed and geared for business texting. It's a first rate app with lots of functionality that makes team and group texting easy and intuitive. I honestly can't say enough great things about Cotap. If you have a business, you need Cotap.

Pretty cool communications and collab tool with VoIP so you can call anyone, anywhere. Also groups aren't clunky like Whatsapp.

Use is very simple . I use it at work and used it for my soccer team. Cotap is great to work with when needed.

Cotap makes it easier for you to find your coworkers that are in the app, all separated from your personal WhatsApp conversations. I will give 5 stars once Cotap includes Search capability to search messages content. That is the main feature that is missing and very important for finding past messages. We chose to adopt Cotap in my company. Keep it up Cotap team and thanks a lot.

No company should be without

App is extremely well written, lots of great features but best part is handoff back to Mac and PC versions too! Keep up the good work and looking forward to the standalone Windows version too!

Cotap spammed me with the false/misleading message "you have been added as a contact on Cotap". In fact nobody has added me, it's just Cotap adding a bunch of emails from my organisation which they obtained by questionable mean. You want to trust a company like this with your business messages? Be my guest.

Cotap works really well and seems quite reliable and stable. It's vet easy to use, and it accommodates texting, but without having to divulge cell phone numbers. Very highly recommended!

Very well designed app

This app has some stellar features and works well when you're working from your Mac at the office or even from your phone on the go. I wish it would rotate if I rotate my phone horizontally. Sometimes typing with the phone right side up is cumbersome. Thanks for the sleek summer update!

Okay, Cotap. You did it this time! Location sharing, video calling and a rad new design. I like what I see!!

We use Cotap internally. Me and my coworkers are so much more responsive on Cotap than on other communication tools. When there's important information to communicate or something fun to share, sending it using the app means everyone sees it very quickly. I use file sharing to communicate project plans and know everyone can see it right away, wherever they happen to be working.

We certainly need the security and system admin capabilities of the paid version. Great way to keep track of my team conversations!

The app looks great and definitely helps to enable efficient coworker communication. Bugs: I cannot reach the search box on the recents tab. I need to scroll to it but then when I stop scrolling the search bar disappears again. This same issue also cuts off a small part of the user name of the first conversation right under the search bar.
