Very useful app for communicating and coordinating with my team, whether on-the-go or in the office. Nice to have both text and voice. Weve seen a drop in internal email traffic as many things can be shifted out of the inbox to a better channel. Been a nice boost for our team!

Cant install (endless loop of getting authorization code that cant be entered). No support (email not answered, no number to call for support).

Works well with multiple user with different carriers and phones models.

I prefer using IM rather than texting; it provides limitless capabilities to send video---which I use a lot for investigations. It provides a much easier method for sharing with appropriate entities. And in addition to everything else, this has the blessing of Corporate!!!

We use Cotap as a way to keep our entire company on the same page. Super easy to use and really handy to easily create multiple streams in order to communicate with different teams.

Cotap is allows me to communicate in a familiar way, but adds cool ways to sync my docs and calendar. I text all the time, it makes sense to connect with Biz contacts in a similar way.

The app looks great and definitely helps to enable efficient coworker communication. Bugs: I cannot reach the search box on the recents tab. I need to scroll to it but then when I stop scrolling the search bar disappears again. This same issue also cuts off a small part of the user name of the first conversation right under the search bar.

We certainly need the security and system admin capabilities of the paid version. Great way to keep track of my team conversations!

We use Cotap internally. Me and my coworkers are so much more responsive on Cotap than on other communication tools. When theres important information to communicate or something fun to share, sending it using the app means everyone sees it very quickly. I use file sharing to communicate project plans and know everyone can see it right away, wherever they happen to be working.

Cotap does an excellent job for our needs. Quick, easy to use, easy to deploy.

This app has some stellar features and works well when youre working from your Mac at the office or even from your phone on the go. I wish it would rotate if I rotate my phone horizontally. Sometimes typing with the phone right side up is cumbersome. Thanks for the sleek summer update!
