We use Cotap internally. Me and my coworkers are so much more responsive on Cotap than on other communication tools. When theres important information to communicate or something fun to share, sending it using the app means everyone sees it very quickly. I use file sharing to communicate project plans and know everyone can see it right away, wherever they happen to be working.
